I’m starting to feel less pain in my back 🤞🤞

Second week of training lighter to try to get rid of this annoying back pain!

Honestly, I was starting to feel a bit discouraged because I hadn’t noticed much improvement until now 🫤 But today, I really felt a difference during my workout! 🤩

Fingers crossed it keeps getting better 😁🤞

I’m so excited to get back to lifting heavy, but I need to stay patient a little longer 😝

Today’s workout took an unexpected turn 😂

I realized I forgot my weightlifting shoes when I got to the gym, so I couldn't stick to my planned workout 😱
So switched things up and did a Strength/Bodybuidling session 💪 And I absolutely loved it! 😁

1️⃣ Deadlift with knee pause: 2x3 then 3x2
2️⃣ Back Squat: 3x3
3️⃣ Lat Pulldown: 3x10-12
4️⃣ Leg Curl: 3x10-12
5️⃣ Cable Tricep Extensions: 3x10-12

Back at it! 😎 If you know me well, you know that vacations aren’t really my thing (one week a year is already pushing it 😂)

But I have to admit: this week completely off from work and training did me a world of good! 😴

Even though getting back into it is a bit tough—I’m feeling stiff as a board after a week of lounging on the beach—I’m ready to go again. 💪

Today’s light training session to ease back in:

2️⃣ Power clean
3️⃣ Clean deadlift
