Hey I'm Lisa 👋

I am a state-certified sports coach, passionate about weightlifting and specializing in developing strength and mobility for all types of audiences .

 

My mission: to improve your health, develop your performance, help you flourish in your practice... and above all, to feel strong—in your body and in your mind.
Beyond the physical results, I make it a point of honor to ensure that training is a real moment of pleasure, progress, and fun. Because moving is, above all, fun!

Learn how to correctly perform the main power movements with a barbell, which form the basis of powerlifting and weight training.
